Before your stay
How do I check in?
Our hotel uses self check-in and has no staffed front desk. Arrival instructions will be sent the day before your stay. Please check the messages or email address associated with your reservation. Check-in begins at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
Luggage storage is unavailable before check-in or after check-out. Check-in before 3:00 pm is also unavailable. Thank you for your understanding.
What bedding is provided?
Each 66 m² room has two double beds, each 140 cm wide, and two single-size futons stored in the closet. Maximum occupancy is six guests. Please use the bedding according to your booked guest count and plan.
Do children stay free?
Elementary school children and younger stay free. Please include all children and their ages when booking, and check your selected plan for bedding arrangements and occupancy conditions.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
Please make changes or cancellations through the website where you booked. Rates and cancellation policies are shown in the details of your selected plan.
